RESOLUTION
WIEREAS, BARBARA FISHER REYNOLDS has faithfully served the Village
of Oak Brook in her capacity as a member of the Plan Commission from May, 1975
to May, 1977 and elected to the Board of Trustees May, 1977 to 1981; and
WHEREAS, during said period cif service, BARBARA FISHER REYNOLDS
has given unselfishly of her time and effort on the Land Use Committee and
the Traffic and Transportation Coaaeattee as a member of the Plan Commission;
and
WHEREAS, through her untiring efforts in behalf of the Village of
Oak Brook as Chairman of the Zoning and Planning Committee of the Board of '
Trustees, greatly contributed to the progress and well being of said Village.
and its citizens; and
SEAS, the President and Board of Trustees are of the opinion that
a record of such dedicated service should be made and spread upon the
records of said Village; -
P01, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Oak Brook that the said BARBARA FISHER REYNOLDS be commended
for her faithful service to the Village of Oak Brook and the citizens thereof.
BE IT FURTIER RESOLVED that the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Oak Brook, for and on behalf of said Village and its citizens,
do hereby extend their appreciation add gratitude to the said BARBARA FISHER
REYNOU)S for her services as aforedescribed.
III IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of these resolutions be delivered
to the said BARBARA FISHER REYNOLDS by the Clerk of the Village of Oak Brook
and that these resolutions be spread upon the records of said Village.

I. CALL MEETING TO ORDER
The Regular Meeting of the Board of Trustees was called to order at 7:30 P.M. by
President Cerne in the Samuel E. Dean Board Room of the Village Commons. President
Cerne stated that Trustees Walter C. Imrie, Robert E. Listecki, William R. Watson, Jr.,
and Joseph H. RusL, having been duly elected in the Consolidated General Election,
April 7, 1981, were administered the Oath of Office prior to the Committee-of-the-
Whole Meeting of May 11, 1981 by Clerk Lakosil.

II. APPROVAL OF MINUTES

Abstain: Trustee Listecki

B. RESOLUTION NO. R-303: RESOLUTION FOR MAINTENANCE OF STREETS AND HIGHWAYS BY
MUNICIPALITY UNDER THE ILLINOIS HIGHWAY CODE
Proposed resolution appropriates the sum of $60,500 of Motor Fuel Tax Funds for
maintaining streets and highways from January 1, 1981 to December 31, 1981.
