RESOLUTION NO. R= .305
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF BEUTLER'S 'SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village Of Oak ,Brook on
May 18, 1981 recommended the approval of the proposed. Bentley's Sub
division; and
WHEREAS, the Village President and Board of Trustees have con-'
sidered the recommendation of the Plan Commission and concur with
same subject to certain conditions:, ,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE.PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND,cOOK ,COUNTIES,
ILLINOIS as follows: , '
Section. 1.: That the ,final Plat of SI4tdivision of the subdivision
known as Beutler's Subdivision prepared by Webster and Associates,,
Inc. as revised and dated May 13 , 1981 be and is hereby approved
subject to the conditions enumerated in Section 2 of th .s, esglution
Section 2: That the approval of Beutler's Subdivision as given
in Section 1 hieieof be and is hereby expressly subject to the following
conditions
' A. That the requirements of the Subdivision Regulations
for street lights and sidewalks -are waived. + '
B. That all other requirements, conditions and standards
of the Subdivision Regulations of the Village of Qak
Brook shall be applicable to said subdivision
Section 3: That all resolutions, rules and regulations of the
Village of. Oak Brook which are in conflict with the provisions of
this Resolution are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict,
PASSED and APPROVED this 9th day of June ,
1981 by the President and Board of' rusteesof the Village of Oak

D. ORDINANCE NO. G-295: ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 9 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF
THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK AND PROHIBITING DISORDERLY CONDUCT.
Proposed ordinance provides an alternative between taking action under the criminal
code and not taking action at all.

To approve Ordinance No. G-295 as presented and waive reading of same.
