RESOLUTION

IB1ERLAS, FRANK BARRY MC CORMICK has faithfully served the Village
of Oak Brook in his capacity as a member of the Zoning Board of Appeals of
the Village of Onk Brook from Jana, 1978 to May, 1981; and
!,WHEREAS, through his diligent efforts in behalf of the Village
of Oak Brook he has contributed to the progress and betterment of said
Village and its residents; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees are of the opinion
that a record of such service should be made and spread upon the records
of said Village;
MM, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Oak Brook that the said FRANK BARRY MC CORMICK
be and he hereby is commended for his service to the Village of Oak Brook

and to the citizens thereof.
BE IT MEER RESOLVED that the President and Board of.Trustees
of the Village of Oak Brook, for and on behalf of said Village and its
citizens, do hereby extend their thanks and gratitude to the said FRANK
BARRY MC CORLICK for his services as aforedescribed.
BE IT PUITIER RESOLVED that a copy of these resolutions be
delivered to the said FRANK BARRY NC CORM= lbythe Clerk of the Village of
Oak Brook and that these resolutions be spread upon the records of said
Village.
PASSED and APPRKJED by the President and Board of Trustees of

I. CALL. MEETING TO ORDER
The Regular Meeting of the Board of Trustees els called to order at 7:30 P.K. by
President Carne in the Samuel E. Dean Board Boom of the Village Commons.

II APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Trustee Philip moved - seconded by Trustee Comgrray.-..
That the minutes of the Regular Meeting of July 28. 1981 be approved as
presented and estive reading of same.
Voice vote: all in favor. So ordered.
Trustee Philip moved - seconded by Trustee Cosgrove....
That the minutes of the Regular Meeting of August 11, 1981 be approved as
presented and naive reeding of same.
Voice vote; all in favor. So ordered.

President Cars* reed in its entirety a proposed resolution commending Frank
B. McCormick for his service to the Village as a member of the Zoning Board
of Appeals from Jams 1978 to May 1981.

To approve Resolution R-309 as presented.
Voice vote: all in favor. So ordered.

A. Investments
Trustee Rush waved - seconded by Trustee Watson....
To approve and ratify the following investment from the Corporate Fumd:
One federally secured certificate is the amount of 4100.000.00 to mature
at First Federal Ravings and Loess on February 9. 1982 at a rate of
17.25X (180 days).
Roll call vote: Ayes: Trustees Cosgrove. Iuis. Listecki, Philip. Rush and Watson.
Nays: None
President Cerise indicated approval of the notion. So ordered.
