SUBJECT: Safe Deposit Box
Gentleman,
Ij ±
The village board, at their meeting of June 27, 1967, unanimously
decided that a safe deposit box: be retained by the village for the
safekeeping of deeds, titles, etc., and that copy be made of such
documents for village hail files. Safe deposit box #915 was
offered free of charge by the ( k Brook Bank for the village's use
since that time.
In Nay, 1973, President George /bell, Treasurer Raynr4 VanDyke
and were authorized access to the safe deposit box. Now with my
leave-taking, it becomes necessary to authorize anew trio. I an
attaching copies of the necessary documents to accomplish this.
