RESOLUTION
WHEREAS the Village of Oak Brook, by virtue of Ordinance S-192,
adopted December 9, 1969, elected to participate in the Illinois Alunicipal
Retirement Fund, and,
WHEREAS, LAAVERNE J. SICALE was appointed "Authorized Agent" for
such Fund pursuant to the requirements of said Fund on,)arch 27, 1973,
and,
WHEREAS LAVERNE J. SCALE has tendered her resignation as
Administrative Assistant of the Village of Oak Brook on September 25, 1981,
I'M, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Oak Brook that Kenneth G. Ceriaignani be, and he
is hereby designated as the "Authorized Agent" representing the Village of
Oak Brook in the Illinois Municipal -Retire t Fund.
BE IT STILL FURTHER RUED that a copy of this Resolution be
filed with the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fuel in evidence of action
pusr usat to their requirements.
Adopted this 22nd day of September, 1981.
