WHEREAS, the village of Oak, Brook pursuant to Reselutic
R-292 and R-308 have heretofore been providing fire :pxotecti,pn ser *`
vice for the area known as.the Mayslake 'Village', which. is located ;,_

and
WHEREAS, the :owners' of said complex, the, FranciscanTertiary

ACCEPTANCE
The undersigned Franciscan Tertiary Province of the Sacred
Heart, Inc. executes this Acceptance in the place provided below
for the purpose of acknowledging that it has received a copy of the
foregoing Resolution and for the purpose of indicating its content
to-and approval of the terms and conditions of such Resolution.
