A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF HENRIKSON'S
RESUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Oak
Brook on October 19, 1981 recommended the approval of the final
plat of the proposed Henrikson's Resubdivision; and
WHEREAS, the Village President and Board of Trustees
have considered the recommendation of the Plan. Commission and
concur with same subject to certain conditions; ,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND
BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DU'PAGE AND COOK
COUNTIES, ILLINOIS as follows:
Section 1: That the Final Plat of Subdivision of Henriksen!s
Resubdivision prepared by Harold F. Steinbrecher, Jr. as revised
and dated November 6, 1981 be and is hereby,'approved subject to
the conditions enumerated in Section 2 of this Resolution.
Section 2: That the approval of the final plat of sub-
division of Henrikso*.'s Resubdivision as given in Section 1
hereof be and is hereby expressly subject to the following
conditions:
:A) That the requirements of the Subdivision Regu-
1ation for sidewalks•and.street lights are
waived.`
B) That the subdivider an4 all other necessary
parties execute a written committment, in form
and.*Witt:ai►ce acceptable to the Village to com-
:plete 101 necessaxy .land improvements for the
ropbsed subdivision in accordance with the
ubdiiision Regulations of the Village and in
accordance with the provisions of this
Resolution. Said ,Agreement shall contain pro-
visions fpr:
1. Provision of, public water and sewer
service to the.property- subdivided.
2. Disposal of miscellaneous junk, cars,
furniture and other debris on the
property within 90 days,
3. Demolition and removal or imppovement of
an existing barn on Iot .l .of said property.

1981,by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of
Oak Brook, DuPage and Cook Counties, Illinois according to
roll call vote as follows:

I. CALL MEETING TO ORDER
1/ The Regular Meeting of the Board of Trustees was called to order at 7:30 P.M. by
President Cerne in the Samuel E. Dean Board Room of the Village Commons.

That the minutes of the Committee of the Whole Meeting of November 9, 1981
be approved as corrected and naive reading of same.

That the minutes 'of the Regular Meeting of November 10, 1981 be approved as
submitted and waive reading of same.
Voice vote: all in favor So ordered.
III. ORDINANCES, RESOLUTIONS, VARIATIONS, PLATS, ITC.
A. ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 6-43 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE VILLAGE OF
OAK BROOK AND AMENDING TEE FIRE PREVENTION CODE.
Proposed amendment clarifies intent of Ordinance from being required to install
automatic sprinkler systems in single family detached dwellings.
Trustee bale moved - seconded by Trustee Listecki ..,
To approve proposed Ordinance as presented and waive the full reading thereof.
Discussion followed on the application of the Ordinance to existing attached
single family dwellings and with the consent of Trustee Listecki, Trustee Imrie
withdrew the motion.
Trustee Imrie moved - seconded by Trustee Listecki ...
To table the proposed Ordinance for further review.
Voice vote: all in favor So ordered.
I/1/49 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF HENRIESON'S RESUBDIVISION.
Final Plat approved at the Regular Meeting of November 10, 1981, subject to
certain conditions.
Trustee Watson moved - seconded by Trustee Rush ...
To approve Resolution No. R-316 as presented and corrected and-waive the full
reading thereof.
Roll call vote: Ayes: Trustees Lurie, Listecki, Rush sad Watson.
Nays: Trustees Congreve, Philip, and Cerne.
